• Fuzzy AI is designed to help users record, transcribe, and organize their thoughts. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any activity within the App.

• You retain ownership of any audio recordings and transcriptions created using the App.

• By using Fuzzy AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your recordings and generate text for you, solely to provide the App’s features.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App does not infringe on the rights of others or violate applicable laws.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of the App.

• Use the App to transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the App’s operation.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by Slap Labs Inc. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs.

6. Limitation of Liability
